Residents at Maplewood at Weston enjoyed an engaging culinary workshop with Cam from Land’s Sake Farm, a local organization dedicated to connecting people with the land.

Cam guided residents through the process of making fresh cheese from local milk and cream, along with homemade crackers flavored with herbs grown on the farm. After the demonstration, residents sampled the flavorful results and reflected on the value of local, sustainable food.

Residents will continue the experience with a trip to Land’s Sake Farm to shop for fresh produce, baked goods, and handmade items at the farm stand.
