Established in 2000, 2025 marks ElixirSpa's 25th anniversary as Westport's most venerated medical spa. Opened as J.J. Elixir, on Riverside Avenue, the company began as a one room boutique day spa. Founder & Master Esthetician, Joanne "JoJo" Salerno is well known in the region for over a 45-year career, as a meticulously detailed practitioner of clinical skincare and related disciplines. Located in a 2500sq/ft facility at 163 Main Street, the company has evolved to a widely respected, integrated practice, encompassing clinical and medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, sleep disorder coaching and Naturopathic Medicine, shepherded by board certified specialists including Howard Stupak, MD (dbl.
