You know training has become a lifestyle when your first thought after scheduling surgery is about missing your workouts 😄

For the past 2.5 years, Christie has been a steady part of the early morning crew. She’s the perfect example of what real consistency looks like — not all-or-nothing, but showing up and doing what she can.

She’s worked through and around hip pain, listened to her body & modified when needed, but she never stopped showing up.

After a little holiday break, our PS3 Youth Strength Training Program is officially back in action!

📍 Drop-In Sessions
🗓 Wednesdays at 6:00 PM

PS3 is designed for young athletes and non-athletes who want to learn how to strength train the right way.

In each session, we focus on:
✔️ Proper movement mechanics
✔️ Stability, mobility & body control
✔️ Building strength, power & speed

Whether your child plays sports or is just curious about strength training, PS3 creates a supportive environment where they can learn, move, and get stronger safely.
