After a little holiday break, our PS3 Youth Strength Training Program is officially back in action!

📍 Drop-In Sessions
🗓 Wednesdays at 6:00 PM

PS3 is designed for young athletes and non-athletes who want to learn how to strength train the right way.

In each session, we focus on:
✔️ Proper movement mechanics
✔️ Stability, mobility & body control
✔️ Building strength, power & speed

Whether your child plays sports or is just curious about strength training, PS3 creates a supportive environment where they can learn, move, and get stronger safely.

Today we’re celebrating Caitlin 💪

She’s a regular in our afternoon sessions, and she’ll be the first to tell you she doesn’t exactly love exercise… her workout tanks make that pretty clear 😜

But here’s the thing—Caitlin shows up.

So incredibly grateful for our amazing FITwithNina community 💗

Thanks to your generosity, we were able to donate an overflowing box of toys to Toys for Tots AND make a $650 monetary donation!

We may be a small fitness community, but together we made a BIG difference for a lot of families, and that means everything to me.

Also, shoutout to Alert Ambulance Service that helped make this happen by organizing it all! 🙏🏼
