About the Friends of Hall Brooke:

Friends of HALL-BROOKE is an organziation of volunteers who arrange events and projects to fulfill their mission of benefitting St. It is a 501-C3 charitable organization and an adjunct of the organization Board of Directors. Work to de-stigmatize mental illness by offering information about the prevalence of mental illness among the general population, and by revealing ways to recognize it and to get help. Enhance patient stay by funding the "wish lists" of the staff, adding to patients' experiences while they receive the excellent clinical care provided by St. Reach out to the community and offer resources by sharing the intellectual and medical expertise of St. Vincent's professional staff with the public.

Ken Scaglia (r) of Weston was named Best of Show winner Saturday at the Ninth Annual Mother’s Day Art Show presented by the Friends of Hall-Brooke. Scgalia was chosen for his “Eldo 60” acrylic painting seen at right. With him are Jo Fuchs Luscombe (l), Chair of the Friends, and Whitney Wasserman, Art Show Chair. The exhibit is held every year at St. Vincent's Medical Center Westport Campus, 47 Long Lots Road, formerly known as Hall-Brooke.
