Our therapists are extremely driven, trusted and loyal orthopedic physical therapy specialists that use their skill in manual therapy, dry needling and strength and conditioning to help clients feel better faster. We have extensive experience with youth sport injuries, high school, collegiate and profession athletes alike. Having an injury and missing time away from your team can be incredibly frustrating, BUT it can be incredibly productive.

Surrounding yourself with a team that understands sport and the demands of it can significantly reduce the time away from playing, building greater fitness, movement quality, strength and power.

It isn’t as much about the time away from sport that makes returning successful but the density of what you do in that time can make you as prepared as possible.
