HypnoBirthing of CT HypnoBirthing of Connecticut, LLC, is a prenatal and postpartum education and resource center located in Westport, Connecticut.

We are Connecticut's only prenatal and postpartum education and resource center offering HypnoBirthing classes, breastfeeding classes and support groups weekly via Zoom, serving women all over the U.S. It is the only provider of its kind in the state, offering prenatal and postpartum classes and services, including childbirth education, breastfeeding classes, holistic living and healthcare,baby sleep workshops, CPR certification classes, Reiki certification classes, birth doulas, etc. We have served more than 800 couples from 150 cities, drawing expecting couples from Hartford to New York City. We also offer free community events, including playgroups for our HypnoBirthing families, ICAN support groups, and a men's group. Founder Cynthia Overgard is a published childbirth author and has been featured in the media.
