The other day I taught a workshop and created a 'beginner's guide' to my resources and podcast. A bit of a roadmap to the foundation of parenting with the science of safety in mind.

Felt-Safety.

Connection.

Regulation.

Seeing behavior as clues about the state of the autonomic nervous system (level of arousal).
