Check out our client Eleanor! Incredible results in 5 months! One of the best I’ve seen! Eleanor only lost 8.4 pounds. BUT she did an exceptional body recomp! She lost 13 pounds of body fat and gained 5 pounds of muscle while doing that. This brought her body fat down 8.5%! From 24.9 % to 16.4%! Amazing work Eleanor! This is proof that the living proof challenge works!! Our client Bryan completely changed his body composition-lost 4% body fat but more importantly got his heart much more fit cardiovascularly! Too good not to brag about Luke Yoder. In 3 short months, Luke completely transformed his body composition and our DEXA doesn’t lie! Incredible journey for Luke these past 3 months. Down 9.2% body fat, still gained 2.5 lbs of lean mass and lost 21 lbs. And to top it off- 0.00 visceral fat! Lost all of it! Way to go Luke! Hard work does pay off!
