I can see the comments already - “why didn’t she do XYZ”? She didn’t want a facelift or a neck lift or a browlift, or anything else. Just her bothered her. So we did a lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition + fat grafting + CO2 laser for this beautiful 68 year old who just wanted to look more refreshed.

Another male patient! Men are much less likely to allow me to share photos (1:20), but are about 15-20% of my practice. So, I’m very grateful. 6 months after an upper & lower blepharoplasty and a direct browlift. Looking refreshed, younger, but not different.
