I'm SUPER excited to announce I will be collaborating with AKURA - Wellness Studio + Community Space in LaGrange to offer a variety of yoga classes and massage therapy workshops!!

I combine principles of yoga, breathing techniques, pilates, stretching, strength training, foam rolling, joint mobility, and balance for a refreshing, full-body experience that will help you not only increase your mobility and flexibility, but tone and tighten as well!!
