Coronavirus - Uninvited Houseguest

Coronavirus. It’s more than just a major pain. It’s here, and it’s life altering, particularly in Fairfield County, CT. But I’m still here too. Reach out and I will reach back to you by phone, text, FaceTime or Skype. Some of you really need support, feel frightened and isolated, and are stuck at home.

.I’m keeping all of my regular appointments - just not in person Until May. So reach out.

This virus is disarming, and may also become a bit disorienting. Lots of you have told me you’re feeling confused. It is a little scary out there. Just remember that feeling frightened is not a weakness. And you most certainly are not alone. Coronavirus, or COVID-19, will send almost all of us home. It’s causing arguments, cabin fever, fear and loneliness.

When we have major worries in our lives, it can help just to place a call. I’m still here, with an open heart and a ready ear. No matter who you are or what you do, everyone needs kindness and a calm word. Or just drop me a text as so many of you already have.
