I was called to create Inspired to sooth one’s soul and ignite creative living. She has shifted her life and many others through these practices and healing.

JoJo is an Inspired Yoga teacher, JourneyDance Instructor, and Shamanic Energy Healer. She has studied extensively for the past 25 years in the magic & science of harnessing the power of the Universe to shift the Mind and Body. Helping you consciously evolve, raise your vibration and live a life on purpose full of abundance. Who? Inspired is for people who are interested in waking up, poking their heads through the fog of unconsciousness, preparing their bodies for a vibrant, vital life! What? Inspired has opportunities for personal evolution through classes, workshops, private healing sessions, video interviews, shamanic traditions & sacred rituals. How? Together we explore ancient traditions that will work for you, body work on the massage table, removing blocks and blind spots, so your energy can shift. I will teach meditation practices that will work for you. Making space in your mind/body to tap into our soul purpose. Unhealthy genetic tendencies, physical habits and addictions can broken and rerouted. I live at Blue Sky Farm and Studios in Newtown CT. Where I dance, garden, mother, practice yoga and seek peace in my past, present, and future.

Look what I found!
A fallen bird's nest. It is lined with soft blue fibers! Practical and artistic. Birds have more color cones in their retinas than humans and are more sensitive to light rays that are invisible to us. I love this treasure, it inspires me to be creative with what is right under my nose. Come in person as the studio is open tonight!
