The days are getting cooler, the light is slowly waning. It’s time to start thinking about how you can build health over the winter time, for yourself & your family!
Our daily spoonful of Elderberry Syrup is a must. It helps the immune system ward off pathogens before they can take hold in the body. And should you get sick, it supports quick recovery.
It’s also the perfect vessel for mixing in your other supplements, tinctures, etc. We use it to hide a couple drops of skullcap extract & chamomile homeopathy for our toddler. For mama, it’s reishi tincture & Vit D mixed in 👌🏽
Some other wellness habits we start to more intentionally mix in daily:
✨sunshine first thing in the morning to regulate our circadian rhythms
✨ferments, because a healthy gut = stronger immunity
✨electrolytes! just a splash of our herbal mix so that we keep sipping, even when we don’t feel as thirsty
✨herbal infusions are always brewing on the counter to keep us warm & nourished with bioavailable minerals
