Welcome to my professional page ~ a place where clients and therapists seeking professional consultation can find out about my services.

2020 - additional office location in Stamford, CT. As a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist, I guide clients in understanding relationship dynamics, how we as humans behave in logical, predictable ways to address our needs, yet have difficulty relating to each other's needs in times of distress, ending in patterns of disconnection. With empathic presence, I assist couples/families identify patterns, explore each person's needs, and provide a forum to seek each other out in a healthier, more intimate, connecting way. I also provide therapists exploration of themselves in the context of their own work and life. As a Certified Life Coach, I will help you set specific, measurable, and attainable goals for your health, career, life transition, or relationships. I love helping clients achieve meaningful change!
