The Association of Black Psychologists (ABPsi) Eastern Region is rolling out the red carpet for an unforgettable Juneteenth Gala. We will come together to connect and celebrate our shared commitment to Black/African mental health and wellness, while commemorating the 160th year of “freedom” for Black people in the United States at an HBCU in the nation’s capital, the University of the District of Columbia. We are not going back and we will not let anyone steal our joy! Come out to celebrate resilience, culture, and liberation with an evening of elegance including dinner and drinks featuring tastes of the diaspora, live entertainment, a DJ, dancing, and access to a Black owned business marketplace.

You will also hear from the current President of ABPsi, Dr. Sharon Bethea, as she speaks to our mission and our commitment to Black mental health.

Can't make it in person, but want to donate to ABPsi’s Black mental health programs? Don't worry, click the link to donate to ABPsi. Our organization is able to continue its mission because of your support and generosity.
