We must create a data base documenting police actions with data analysis by race, s*x, and age, reporting of all stops, arrests, citations, warnings, searches, and seizures. We also need to mandate pre and post employment assessments of police by the Association of Black Psychologists www.abpsi.org. and trauma therapy for those of us subjected to racism. We must also change where we spend our money. We must support Black businesses so that we can build Black communities that can ensure justice for Blacks and Black communities that can afford to provide legal representation for Blacks who have been murdered by the police. Vote for people who have our interests as their agenda. We must teach the truth about our accomplishments from ancient times to the present and insist on it being taught in schools from K-12. We have to learn the truth about who we are by reading books such as The First Americans Were Africans by Dr. David Imhotep and joining the Association for the Study of Classical African Civilizations to heal from the mis-education we have been receiving.
