For the past two years we have used the month of December to reflect on the year we had and to show our appreciation. We remember graduating from chiropractic school and starting new businesses with no patients. We remember the journey that got us to where we are today.

Without our patients, the referrals, and work we would have nothing. We are forever thankful and want to show our work family that they matter to us.

I often educate patients on the importance of nutritional balance so I am baking healthier alternatives for your favorite holiday cookies to avoid increased inflammation and pain ☺️🙌🏻. Be the example, be the change.

Had an absolutely incredible day today. I got to meet and take care of the one and only today! It was so great to get to know such an incredible performer and person.

Thank you for entrusting in me with your health and more importantly trying out chiropractic for the first time!

I love getting to incorporate my passion for chiropractic with my love for drag. The drag community is an important aspect of LGBTQ culture to both promote self expression as well as be a platform for so many LGBTQ youth who don’t have the support/community that they are surrounded by directly. Life is too short and to own and be comfortable with who you are is one of the biggest battles that we tend to face.

These performers have to push their bodies to the limits, travel nonstop, and are constantly on the go in a very difficult industry where fans see them as objects more than people at times. Remember that they are human and what they do is incredible! Thankfully chiropractic is an amazing outlet for people who push their bodies to the limit ☺️

Wow! This is a patient appreciation post. An incredible thank you for all of our patients who took the time to give us feedback on the care they receive. I feel overwhelmed with emotions to being able to help so many and to give a positive experience to so many! The best part is that this is just the beginning ☺️🙌🏻
