Every year, we partner with a meaningful cause, and I am so honored to share that we are doing it again. This year, my company, Clean Living Coaching is teaming up with the Breast Cancer Rehabilitation and Lymphedema Center (BRHC) – a state-of-the-art center offering clinical treatments and integrative therapies to help women heal after mastectomies, lumpectomies, and breast cancer surgeries. 💕

👊🏻 Here’s how we’re making an impact:
We’re leading a DEODORANT drive to donate toxic-free deodorants (made with non-GMO, certified organic ingredients) to women undergoing cancer treatment.

✨ Why deodorant?
One of the first things many women are told after starting treatment is to avoid traditional antiperspirants—because of toxic chemicals and heavy metals. But shouldn’t we be told this sooner, for prevention?! 🤯 That’s why we are donating Pure Haven’s toxin-free deodorants — 100%safe for use before, during, and after treatment.
💚 Our goal is to donate 500 deodorants—and we need your help to get there! Every $25 donation will cover one deodorant for a patient, including shipping and tax, and put it right into the hands of a woman who needs it.

Lymphedema develops when the lymphatic system is unable to remove lymph, a clear fluid that circulates through the body removing waste, bacteria and other substances from body tissues.

This impairment develops when the lymphatic system has been damaged by surgery (not necessarily involving cancer), radiation or other causes such as infection and fluid gets left behind accumulating in tissues, eventually causing damage and swelling.

Sometimes there is a sensation of tightness, heaviness, numbness or pain. These symptoms can exist before swelling happens, as well as after. This is known as secondary lymphedema.

When a person is born with a lymphatic system genetically predisposed to fail, this is known as primary lymphedema. This “failure” can present at birth or later on as well.

BRHC specializes in complete decongestive therapy to treat lymphedema or lipedema.

October is breast cancer awareness month and instead of throwing around the color pink, I’ve got an opportunity for you to really make a difference!

One of the most harmful things women use on a daily basis is deodorant!

You would be shocked at how many women develop breast cancer because of the deodorant they choose to wear!

USA Today put out an article recently that Pure Haven has the safest deodorant on the market!

My team is doing a deodorant donation drive and my goal is to get 100 deodorants donated.
