In just a few days we get to catch up with one of our absolute favorite humans, Rachel Pizzolato, and I couldn’t be more excited. I’ve known Rachel for a few years now, and saying she’s hardworking is an understatement. She’s brilliant, hilarious, wildly talented, and has the kind of work ethic that most people only pretend to have.

But more than that, she’s one of the most down-to-earth and genuine people I’ve had the privilege to know. Over time, Rachel and her amazing family have become more than friends, they truly feel like family. Her dad, Robert Pizzolato, is just as committed and passionate, and her mom is a total gem. Honestly, I love them all.

If you’re not already following Rachel, do yourself a favor and try to keep up, Beauty & Brains With A Twist is where the magic (and madness) happens. Can’t wait to see what she’s up to next.

7 Years Ago Today…

We had our official grand opening and ribbon cutting as doob 3D, a small shop with a wild idea: turning people and pets into full-color 3D figurines.

Fast forward seven years, and wow… what a ride.

We’ve evolved into 3DHQ, your full-service headquarters for everything 3D. From lifelike figurines to rapid prototyping, from custom swag and trophies to hard-to-find medical and automotive parts, we’ve become a creative, problem-solving, always-innovating hub that’s proud to be based right here in Kansas City.

What started as a cool way to capture memories in 3D has grown into something much bigger. And we’re just getting started.
