Last night was such a blast — so much fun, in fact, that I completely forgot to take a single photo at our end-of-season party! We tackled some hills (my new favorite route), enjoyed great food, and handed out a few well-deserved paper plate awards. 💪

The bonds within this multi-generational group are truly special — we lean on each other through tough times, celebrate victories and running goals, and keep pushing one another to be happier, healthier, and stronger people. ❤️

These legs…
I often wonder how many miles they’ve carried me—through neighborhoods, over hills, across finish lines, in places near and far. But more than the miles, I’m grateful for what they’ve given me: strength when I needed it, freedom when I craved it, and a way to connect with people, places, and myself.

It’s easy to push forward and forget the care they deserve, but honoring our bodies is part of the journey too. Massage, Epsom salt baths, hydration, proper fuel—and yes, sometimes rest—are ways I remind these legs how thankful I am.

So here’s to gratitude for movement, and also the wisdom to pause, to recover, and to give back to the body that gives us so much.
