This week’s ingredient spotlight is on Cissus Quadrangularis. Cissus Quadrangularis is great for joint pain even for those with arthritis and can be used to help treat osteoporosis as well. Personally, I use it to help ease knee pain and increase recovery from playing Basketball 🏀 with my son on a 3,000mg-4,500mg dose per day.
