Hey all .....

So , I will be starting a new journey in the fall . After almost 12 years of being in the same classroom , I'll be moving to a new classroom . New classroom from scratch . New kids . New role as the teacher! ( technically long term sub but will be the teacher once I'm done with my program ) . Im reaching out to see if anyone would be willing to help with this change / transition . My theme will be sloths . Starting fresh in a new classroom with nothing . Attached is my Amazon wish list . Every item I don't have to get myself helps 🙂 most are cheap . Feel free to browse , of course no obligation:) thank you in advance . School starts the week of August 19... would love to have my classroom set up by then 🙂 ❤️

Most of you know , I see a lifestyle Dr ( Dr Brad Biskup out of Cheshire ) if anyone is looking to change their life . He is the best thing that has ever happened to me . He has helped me tremendously on my health, weight loss and emotional journey of my life . Each week , I will be posting a tip that I have learned from Brad , that has helped me .

First up . Most of you probably already know this .... but for those that don't . Drink a glass of water before each meal . Not only is water good for you , but I find myself eating half my portion of food when I do this because it fills you up 😉 your welcome 🤗
