I am *so* excited about this workshop! Tarot cards are one of my favorite tools to use to get in touch with myself and I'm excited to share this practice with you! 🔮✨

Join Carin and Jolene on May 21st to explore the Tarot. We'll conduct Tarot card readings for ourselves, work through journaling prompts, and use different crystals and essential oils to help guide our readings. No experience is required, bring your own deck or borrow one of ours!

This all-levels class combines movement, mantra (sound), hand mudras (hand placements), eye focus, and pranayama(breathing exercises) for an uplifting practice.
