Here is some information on the Similac Recall:

We understand the recent Similac Infant and Toddler Formula recall issued by Abbott Nutrition on February 17th, 2022 affects our patients and community.

Parents are advised to check the packaging of their Similac powdered formulas.
-The following are affected by this recall: Similac, Alimentum, and EleCare powdered infant formulas
-The code on the container/packaging contains K8, SH, or Z2
-The first two digits of the code are numbers from 22 to 37
-The expiration date code is 4-1-2022 (APR 2022) or later

Please visit similacrecall.com for more information and to see if your LOT Number is affected by this recall.

You can call the number highlighted below for returns/refunds. The images can help you in locating the Lot Number of your formula.

In the interim, you can use Similac Liquid Ready to Feed Formulations as these have not been affected by the recall.

COVID vaccines are now available at PHAofCT. Pfizer vaccines for children 5-11 and 12 & up. Please call to schedule your appointments for your first, second and or booster doses. And if you have not yet, it’s not too late to get your child vaccinated against the flu!
