Aches and Pains bye bye… YOGA BASIC classes designed to empower students to learn to live better in their bodies, relieving aches and pains and creating a strong foundation so your body is healthy for years to come. Tuning-In to your body utilizing traditional yoga, breathing techniques, self massage, corrective exercise and functional movement. A challenging yet approachable class open to the beginner as well as the advanced mover. Bring a mat and open mind!
