As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families. My areas of experience include anxiety and mood disorders, trauma recovery, couples counseling and divorce support for women. I use a mindfulness based approach that is collaborative, compassionate and healing. I love working with a culturally diverse clientele and can communicate in Urdu and Hindi.
