This beautiful patient is now one full year out from her rhinoplasty.

She was most bugged by the bump on her bridge and the drooping of the tip.

We performed an open rhinoplasty and were able to reduce the bump and create a more refined profile to her bridge. We also lifted, shaped and defined the tip.

She had always been beautiful, but now her nose just creates more balance to her face and really enhances all of her other lovely features. She has done so wonderful. She is such a lovely person and I couldn't be more excited for her!

This beautiful patient is now only 6 weeks out from her deep plane facelift, deep necklift, and minimally invasive browlift.

She was bugged by her neck and felt like the area around her eyes was feeling really heavy.

We performed an extended deep plane facelift, deep necklift, and minimally invasive browlift. In the neck we sculpted the deep musculature as well as her submandibular salivary glands.

She is at the point in healing process that most patients will look what I call "pretty darn good". This is the time you can easily go to an event like a wedding or a gala. A lot of the healing has happened, but usually there is still quite a significant amount of swelling and firmness in the neck.

She is doing amazing so far and we are so excited to see her neck continue to evolve as she heals. She is such a lovely patient and person. I'm so excited for her!

This beautiful patient is now 3 months out from her deep plane facelift, deep necklift, and upper and lower blepharoplasty.

She felt like she had always had a full neck, regardless of age or weight. She also started to notice her cheeks falling and her jawline becoming less defined. Lastly, she felt like her eyes were starting to look a bit tired.

We performed an extended deep plane facelift and a deep necklift. In the neck, we also sculpted the deep fat pads, the deep muscles, and the submandibular saliva glands. We also did an upper and lower blepharoplasty to open the area around the eyes and create a more refreshed look.

At the three month mark most of the post op swelling around the eyes and in the face are gone, but there is still a fair amount of swelling under the chin. She is doing so amazing so far, but I am so excited to see her neckline continue to evolve. She is an absolutely wonderful person and I couldn't be happier for her!

This beautiful patient is now three months out from her open, structural rhinoplasty.

She always felt like her nose just didn't fit with the rest of her face. She has such beautiful features, so we really wanted to create a nose that complimented them and brought balance to her face.

We performed an open, structural rhinoplasty. We were able to reduce the dorsal hump, and straighten the dorsum from the front. We also lifted the tip and used cartilage strengthening, repositioning, and defining techniques. Lastly, she had an extremely complex deviation and shape to her septum. Using grafts we were able to straighten the septum and open her nasal airway.

She looks absolutely phenomenal so far and has still has so much healing to go. She is such a wonderful person, wonderful patient, and we couldn't be more happy for her!

This beautiful patient is now six months out from her upper blepharoplasty.

She felt like her upper eyelids were heavy and it made her look and feel tired. It is amazing how opening up the area around the eye can brighten the face and make people look so vibrant.

An upper blepharoplasty is a very straightforward, in-office procedure. It is done with local (injection) numbing medicine and takes about an hour. Down time is 1-2 weeks.

This beautiful patient is now 1 full year out from an isolated .

The deep neck lift is a really powerful surgery that addresses the deeper structures within the central neck as well as the support along the angle of the jaw. By reducing the size of the deep neck fat pads, deep muscles, and salivary glands, as well as supporting the outer part of the platysma muscle, we can create beautiful necklines and jawlines in patients that have never had them regardless of age or weight.

I usually find that patients who are good candidates for this procedure are young (less than 40), have a family history of neck fullness, and have never had a good neck line regardless of age or weight.

Downtime is about 2 weeks until your back to looking good enough for social events, and about 3 months to really see substantial improvement.

This was a particularly challenging case, especially in the neck. Not only did she have enlargement of her deep central-neck fat pads, muscles, and salivary glands, she also had enlargement of her parotid glands. The parotid glands are another saliva gland located on the outside of the face near the angle of the jaw. On the frontal view you can see how they stuck outward, making the upper part of her neck look wide and hiding the jaw definition. We reduced the size of these glands and tucked what remained in to create a much more refined jawline and jaw angle.

She has done absolutely great so far and we couldn't be more happy for her.

This beautiful patient is now one full year our form her

She felt like overall her nose just didn't fit her face. She was bothered by how far out the tip projected, the downturn of the tip, and the bump on the bridge.

We performed an open rhinoplasty to address these concerns. We reduced the bump and brought the whole bridge closer to the face. We brought the tip closer to the face, refined the cartilages and raised it to the correct position. Overall it made her nose fit her face so much better, but she still looks like herself.

We couldn't be more happy for her. It has been such a pleasure to be part of her care.

This beautiful patient is now one full year out from her

She always felt like her nose just didn't fit her face. She felt it stuck out too far and was too full.

This was a challenging case. We reduced the bump on her bridge and brought the whole bridge and tip closer to the face. We reduced the size of the tip cartilages and used a special technique to substantially deproject the cartilages. Finally we shaped and refined the tip cartilages.

She has done absolutely amazing so far. Her skin is a hair on the thick side so I expect the definition to continue to improve over the next six months. It has been an absolute pleasure to be a part of her care!
