The Moon is now in Sagittarius in advance of tomorrow’s New Moon, peaking at 8:44 pm EST. It’s time to see things differently. Let go today and surrender to what’s true. Stop trying to force an outcome and allow- even if it feels uncomfortable, painful, scary. This is the final shift we’ve been waiting for… slow down and accept.

Self care is needed as we make our way towards the holiday season and year’s end. Turn your attention inward with kindness, nurturing and care. Just because the outside world is loud doesn’t mean the inside one has to mirror it. Hold your gaze on your own needs and let the noise fall away.
