Today was a beautiful day of connection, encouragement, and education at the 5th Annual Ivy Creek Hospice Self-Care & Caregiving Conference. 💜

We would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to all of our incredible speakers who shared their knowledge, compassion, and encouragement with our community. Your dedication to caregivers, healthcare professionals, and families truly made an impact today.

A special thank you to our amazing vendors and community partners for taking part in this event and helping make the day so meaningful. We are also deeply grateful to the local businesses who generously donated door prizes and supported our mission of caring for others.

A huge thank you to Dragonfly for sponsoring lunch for our attendees today! Your kindness and support helped create a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere for everyone involved.

Celebrating Nursing Home Week at Tallassee Health and Rehab with Ivy Creek Hospice’s very own “Tattoo Parlor” 🎉

The day was filled with music, laughter, fun temporary tattoos, and lots of smiles from residents. Seeing everyone enjoying themselves and making special memories together made the day truly unforgettable.

Take Me Out to the Ball Game! ⚾🌭

Ivy Creek Hospice had a grand slam TOUCHDOWN of a time celebrating Nursing Home Week with the residents and staff at MerryWood Lodge! We had ballpark fun with hotdogs, nachos, and lots of smiles.

It was a joy to share laughter, good food, and a little SPORTY spirit with such a wonderful group. Thank you, MerryWood Lodge, for letting us be part of the fun! 🥎⚾️⚽️🏈🏀📣

Ivy Creek Hospice was honored to witness a heartfelt visit between two incredible veterans. 🇺🇸

One of our dedicated volunteers, Mr. Allen, a 99-year-old Navy Veteran, spent time visiting with a 95-year-old USAF Veteran patient. During their visit, Mr. Allen proudly presented him with a veteran certificate and flag pin as a meaningful gesture of honor and appreciation for his service to our country.

The two shared stories, laughter, and meaningful conversation that truly touched our hearts. Moments like these remind us of the importance of connection, honor, and companionship.

Thank you to all of our veterans for the sacrifices they made for our freedom. ❤️🤍💙

🖤 Ivy Creek Hospice Tattoo Parlor was a HUGE hit at Wetumpka Health and Rehab during Nursing Home Week!

Residents had an absolute blast picking out their favorite temporary tattoos, showing off their “ink,” laughing with friends, and making memories together. From flowers and butterflies to fun sayings and bold designs, everyone enjoyed letting their personality shine! 🌸✨

At Ivy Creek Hospice, we believe moments of joy, laughter, and connection are just as important as the care we provide. Celebrating life and creating smiles is what it’s all about.
