While it is technically not National Women’s History Month where we honor the successes and sacrifices of U.S. women just yet, today, one of the incredible women who supported us in our earliest days is reaching one of the highest honors in military leadership: her promotion to Chief Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force 🇺🇸✨and we think everyone should be celebrating her!!

This isn’t just a milestone. It’s THE milestone. A powerful testament to decades of discipline, leadership, 💪resilience, and unwavering commitment to service. To rise to the top tier of enlisted leadership in the United States Air Force is no small achievement. It represents excellence, influence, and the trust to lead at the highest level.

LADIES!!! This! You need to get connected and follow Dr. Julie Moore and Anchored Spine and Pelvic Therapy, LLC because

1. It IS NOT (I repeat... IS NOT) normal to p*e when you sneeze. It is weakening of muscles, and if you want to strengthen them, having an amazing an compassionate trainer is the way to go. If your DR says it's just a thing, we have better DRs that will listen to you and help.

2. Women experience changes all through our lives and what we did at 20 may not translate to our 40's... having someone helping you support yourself while you change and grow is not a luxury, it is our goal.

3. Dr. Julie is amazing and for the sake of your wellness, the sake of your marital enjoyment and all things good for your pelvic floor, she is your girl.
