We took a trip to India today!
We tried two different Indian dishes: tiki masala and coconut chickpea curry. To wash it down we also tried Chai Tea! We learned that Indian food is very much an acquired taste. Some people either loved it or "wouldn't order it again" 🇮🇳🪷🐅🐘

Help us give a warm welcome to our newest resident, Mrs. Pelinda Hudson! 🏡 Born and raised in Wetumpka, AL, Pelinda has lived a life full of dedication and heart. She’s a proud mother of two, a former paralegal, and played an important role in running her family’s textile business. 🌿📚

These days, she enjoys gardening, reading Reader’s Digest, and spending time with her beloved cat, Ms. Kitty. 🐱 We are so happy to have you as part of our community, Mrs. Hudson—welcome home!
