Meet your therapists, Craig and Katrina Vincent. Craig has been practicing massage since 20008 and Katrina since 2006. They have enjoyed marriage since 2009. Together they provide couple's and corporate massage, or separately they offer tailored sessions to individuals.
They each specialize in neuromuscular, myofascial, sports, and orthopedic techniques. However, a relaxation massage is also available. All clinical clients are offered PNF stretching and hydrotherapy after-care advice.

Your first corporate visit is on us!
Tell your boss to call us:
Your company's first corporate massage event is free. The manager in charge of scheduling simply organizes the employees into fifteen minute time blocks for our visit so that everyone is served without large waits. We do the rest!
We Massage for up to four hours
Our first free massage therapy visit can use massage chairs or massage tables with no disrobing needed. We can work on up to sixteen individuals within a four hour time frame. If more than sixteen employees work at your business, simply have us back at $80 per hour to serve the rest!

Our rich and deep knowledge base allows us to deliver the most effective and enjoyable massage therapy experience that most people have ever had. We just want an opportunity to show our local populace where they can schedule the best massage therapy!

Our Story

Founded in 2006 in the Tampa Bay area by Katrina Vincent, Adept Massage Therapy (AdeptMT) has grown by leaps and bounds and settled in Uptown Marion, Iowa. With her husband Craig, they bring over 25 years of experience to the table. Katrina has worked with professional athletes, including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and everyday individuals. Katrina has educated as a massage therapy instructor for 6.5 years, creating two different curricula, and understands the industry inside-out. As of 2019, Craig has provided over 15,000 hours of clinical massage therapy - addressing musculoskeletal issues from the mundane to serious. Craig utilizes his background in biology and the sciences, as well as his own experience with own experience with Lyme Disease, to aid in reducing chronic body pain. Adept Massage Therapy excels in rehabilitative and therapeutic massage and bodywork, especially when in conjunction with a physician, chiropractor, or physical therapist. Instituting a plan of treatment and providing recommendations for self-care within their scope of practice is where AdeptMT truly shines. We take pride in working with other advanced massage therapists as well, and look forward to finding more to join our team.
