💛 From the Bottom of My Heart — Thank You 💛

After a lot of thought and prayer, I’ve decided it’s time to close the doors of our nutrition club. Our last day open will be Wednesday, November 26th.

This was not an easy decision to make. For the past 3 years (2 as the owner), this little shop has been such a huge part of my life. I’ve met so many wonderful people, shared laughs, and built friendships that mean the world to me.

With our new baby on the way and two sweet girls to raise, it’s time for me to slow down and spend more time at home with my family. 💕

I’m forever grateful for every single person who has supported this place — whether you stopped in for a shake, brought a friend, shared a post, or just offered kind words along the way. You’ve made this chapter one I’ll never forget.

While the shop may be closing, I’m still here and still passionate about helping others feel their best! I’ll continue to coach, and I’ll have ways for you to grab your favorite energizing teas and products even after we close. 💪✨

Thank you all for being such a blessing in this journey. This isn’t goodbye — just a new season for me and my family. 🌿
