Art in Motion is beyond thrilled to welcome Brittany Buchheit to the team. Brittany holds a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training and Master's degree in Exercise Science; Sports Psychology. Her expertise stretches from injury prevention and recovery to sports performance and strength training. Brittany is certified in Graston, Myofascial Decompression (cupping), and is a Performance Enhancement Specialist. Prior to joining Art in Motion, Brittany served as the Athletic Trainer for the University of Pittsburgh's Women's Basketball team, as well as the Cheer and Dance teams, from 2019-2023. Prior to that, Brittany spent 7 years at Binghamton University as the Athletic Trainer for Women's Basketball, Women's Tennis, Softball, Volleyball, and Soccer.
Brittany, herself, is a well diverse athlete. She played tennis and was a sprinter and long jumper at the collegiate level. She has been skiing and golfing along with playing tennis well over 2 decades of her life, and grew up playing volleyball, basketball, and softball. To say that sports and athletics have been a huge part of her life, would simply be an understatement.
Brittany will be accepting new clients starting April 1st for sports performance, general strength training programs, and for achievement of overall health and wellness goals and movement enhancement.
