A massive THANK YOU to my long time friends Dr. Matthew Cook at Elite Sports Chiropractic and Rehabilitation in Wexford, and his wife Corissa Cook for facilitating my emergency needs. Monday morning I sprained a lower back muscle pretty badly in the gym and could barely walk. Matt was able to schedule me that same afternoon to diagnose and treat it. 3 days later, wow I’m definitely on the fast track to full recovery! His state of the art sports therapy equipment is fantastic! My back pain level went from an excruciating 10 to a minuscule 5 overnight, and today it’s a 3! This past weekend, the North Pittsburgh 12U-3 Heichel squad took home the championship at the Brickyard tournament in Indianapolis. The team posted a perfect 4-0 record, culminating in a 5-1 win in the championship game.
