Get in the spirit of fall while nourishing your body with protein, vitamins, healthy fat, and antioxidants with a Pumpkin Spice Smoothie!

It's the perfect breakfast or snack to fight off cold and flu season while providing steady energy, blood sugar balance, and building strong bones.

Pumpkin spice smoothie recipe:

1/4 cup pumpkin purée

1/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened

1 scoop of BeBalanced Total-5 Vanilla Protein powder

1/4 coconut milk (or plain yogurt)

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice mix

2-3 drops liquid stevia

1 tbsp BeBalanced P-100 MCT oil
