Dan Glatz is the owner and creator of Performance UNLIMITED, founded in 2006 after recognizing that traditional physical therapy was failing too many people. Recovery was often limited to a small window, and as a movement specialist, Dan knew there was far more potential to help individuals move, perform, and live better.

He specializes in complex cases that have not found success with traditional PT, as well as middle-aged professionals who have worked hard to build their careers that often was shortened at the expense of their health, strength, and performance. Performance UNLIMITED’s focus is helping people reset their trajectory and build a longer, stronger health span.

“The most rewarding part of my job is seeing people move past injuries or circumstances they once believed they couldn’t overcome.” Dan’s approach begins with building trust and genuine rapport through real conversations and education. When people understand their bodies, they become active participants in their recovery. He views every individual as a biomechanics puzzle, identifying the specifics within the system that impact performance and correcting them. People come first. Injuries come second.

What sets Performance UNLIMITED apart is the strength of its relationships. The team consistently goes the extra mile, offering multiple paths to success and not just injury recovery, but building strength. Bill Shrock has been a Physical Therapist at Performance UNLIMITED for the past five years, working with patients across a wide range of orthopedic and post operative injuries.

He specializes in ACL injury prevention and rehabilitation, performance training for athletes, functional dry needling, and movement based care. Bill is also a certified golf fitness instructor and movement specialist, helping athletes move efficiently and perform at their highest level.

“The most rewarding part of my job is not only getting patients back to their hobbies, but seeing them thrive in whatever they choose to pursue.” His approach begins with building strong bonds and fully understanding each patient’s history and goals. From there, he identifies the cause of the issue and uses hands on therapy to improve movement and build stregth, setting patients up for long term success.

“What sets Performance UNLIMITED apart is simple. We genuinely care about our patients. We do whatever it takes to help them reach their goals and achieve their highest potential.”

Outside of the clinic, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, trying new foods, and staying active in the gym.

Jonas has been a Physical Therapist at Performance UNLIMITED for the past year, specializing in working with runners and weightlifters to help them move better and stay strong.

First reduce pain, then improve deficits like strength and range of motion, and finally return patients to their sport because at Performance UNLIMITED, every patient is treated as an athlete.

The annual bet between Amy and Bill continues for a fourth year! 🏈

Who will come out on top — Penn State or Ohio State? As tradition would have it, the loser has to wear the winning team’s shirt!
Keeping the streak alive, Bill once again found himself on the losing side this year. He might look a little salty in his rival colors, but it’s all in good fun between friends at the clinic.

Bill insists that next year will finally be his year… but we’ll just have to wait and see!
