Recently, Dan had the opportunity to speak with students at Grove City College about the importance of stretching; highlighting his key message: “Hips before Hamstrings.”

His talk was part of the 2026 Exercise Science Symposium where he shared practical insights to help future PTs improve both performance and patient care. One of Dan’s favorite things is connecting with PT students because he truly values education, skill development, and believes the best outcomes start with clinicians who are equipped to deliver the highest quality care.

We’re incredibly grateful to for inviting Performance UNLIMITED to be part of this experience. We’re already looking forward to the next visit! 💪

Need a recovery workout plan but not sure where to start? Try these simple tips to help your body recover and perform better 👇

1️⃣ Listen to your body. Soreness is normal—sharp pain is not. Adjust intensity when needed.

2️⃣ Prioritize mobility. Light stretching or dynamic movement helps reduce stiffness and improve recovery.

3️⃣ Refuel and rehydrate. Give your body the nutrients and water it needs to repair and rebuild.

Do you have neck pain and need to stretch out those kinks? Try these 3 simple stretches to feel better today 👇

1️⃣ Tilt your ear toward your shoulder. Hold 20–30 seconds each side. (Gentle — don’t yank it.)

2️⃣ Look down toward your armpit and lightly pull your head forward. Hold 20–30 seconds. Switch sides.

3️⃣ Open up those tight shoulders. Step through and hold 20–30 seconds.

A tight upper body = a cranky neck. Save this & stretch out
