The holidays sneak up fast - and so do full massage schedules. 🎄

Before the end-of-year chaos hits, give yourself the reset you know you’ll need. Here’s why booking early is the move:

• Your favorite time slots won’t last long.
• You’ll head into the holidays *already* relaxed.
• Future-you will thank you for planning ahead.

One more massage before the year ends can make all the difference - in your mood, your energy, and your sanity.

Go ahead and grab your spot now...your body (and your calendar) will thank you. 💆‍♀️

When you say you have a “meeting”…
…and it’s with your massage therapist. 💆‍♀️
Technically not lying - just prioritizing wellness. 😉

The difference one hour can make 👇

Massage isn’t magic - but it’s 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘺 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦.

Here’s what a session can do for your body and mind:
• Before: Tight shoulders, racing thoughts, endless to-do list.
• After: Calm body, clear mind, maybe even a little drooly. 😴
• Bonus: A reminder that you deserve to feel this good more than once in a while.

Massage is more than a treat, it’s a reset button for your nervous system.

Ready for your own before-and-after moment? Book your next session today. 💛

When was the last time you actually took a deep breath - like, the kind that makes your shoulders drop and your jaw unclench?

We all need those reminders to slow down...even massage therapists. Especially massage therapists.

Halfway through a busy day, I caught myself rushing from one thing to the next, shoulders tight, breath shallow… the same tension I help clients release every day. Sometimes we forget to take our own advice.

So here’s your reminder: pause. Inhale. Exhale. Let your shoulders soften. You deserve a moment of calm, too. 🌿

International Stress Awareness Day

Today’s your friendly reminder that stress is sneaky. It hides in your shoulders, your jaw, your breath… even your posture while you’re reading this. 👀

Take 10 seconds right now:
✨ Unclench your jaw
✨ Drop your shoulders
✨ Inhale deeply through your nose
✨ Exhale slowly

Feels better already, right?

Massage can’t make stress disappear forever, but it can help your body remember what calm feels like. 🌿

Ever notice how the *little things* always end up being the big things? 🍂

We rush through so much of our day that we forget how grounding those small comforts can be...like the warmth of the massage table, a soft blanket, or that deep exhale halfway through your session when your body finally lets go.

Here, try this today: take ten seconds to slow down and notice one tiny thing that feels good right now - your morning coffee, the sound of rain, or your shoulders relaxing away from your ears. Gratitude doesn’t have to be fancy… it just has to be noticed.

What’s one small thing you’re grateful for today? Drop it in the comments 👇

Peace of Mind & Body

Recovering from a car accident is never fun. And when you don’t do anything about it other than treat it with aspirin, you slowly lose your flexibility and strength and joy of life. Discovering Massage and other holistic bodywork therapies helped get my life back. I was so impressed that I decided to go back to school and study Reflexology, Massage Therapy, Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy. I have never regretted my change in career. 16+ years in this profession and still loving it! Helping my clients overcome their pain, stress, balance and flexibility issues is something I take very seriously. And I use all my best techniques to give my clients peace in both mind and body.
