Gooooood morning and happy Friyay!

Update for this weekend. As most of you know, I am also a full time nurse. Unfortunately, the person that was supposed to work for me tomorrow backed out on me 👎🏼 my scheduler and I are still working on possible coverage.

However, I will still be set up either way. There is a possibility I will be there (Lord willing). If I am not able to make it, my handsome husband (pictured) will be behind the table.

I will update you all when I know for sure if I’m able to be there or not. Either way, come see us at Augusta Harvest Market at The Alpine Goat.

A cup of mint tea with this beautiful breakfast is exactly what I needed. Mint not only tastes good, but is antimicrobial, antispasmodic (relaxes/ decreases muscle spams) and anti-inflammatory.

Why does my mint tea look so dark? My process time may take longer than you think. From brew to jar, it takes over 4 hours to process.

I still have a few jars left from this weekend, processed 4/9.

If you’ve never watched the sunset at The Barn, you’re missing out. I barely caught it last evening, but man.. it’s always breathtaking.
