Leg strength matters on the slopes — a lot. 🎿❄️

For skiers and snowboarders, strong legs aren’t just about burning quads. They’re about control, confidence, and protecting your knees and hips when the terrain gets unpredictable.

That’s why we’re kicking off this series with the bodyweight squat.

It builds the foundation for powerful turns, smoother descents, and better endurance day after day.

If this feels easy, that’s a good sign — and also your cue to progress. Add load, slow the tempo, or challenge your depth to keep building strength that actually carries over to skiing.

Strong legs = better days on the mountain.

Save this and stay tuned for the rest of the series.

Postpartum doesn’t mean pressing pause on the mountains. ❄️🏔️

If skiing or snowboarding lights you up, you don’t have to give it up after having a baby — but you do need the right support to get back safely and confidently.

Dr. Katrina just wrote a blog specifically for postpartum moms who love to ski and snowboard. She breaks down what your body actually needs after pregnancy, common mistakes we see when returning to the slopes, and how to rebuild strength for long-term success (not just your first day back).

Because getting back out there should feel strong, controlled, and fun — not scary or painful.

Comment SNOW and we’ll DM you the blog.

Fast golf swings aren’t made with good luck — they’re built with hard work.

And because of that… this group officially filled.

But after the response we got, we decided to open up just TWO additional spots.

Every golfer wants more speed.

Everyone loves the idea of effortless power.

But none of that magically appears when the season starts.

Speed comes from strength.

Consistency comes from control.

Power comes from putting in the reps when no one else is paying attention.

If you want a faster, smoother, more explosive swing next season, it won’t come from hoping — it’ll come from training. From showing up in the offseason and building the pieces that actually create speed.

That’s exactly what our 10-week Golf Offseason Strength Group is designed to do: give you the structure, coaching, and progressions that turn hard work into real performance.

📍 Starts Wednesday, January 7th @ 5:30 PM
📍 Core PT & Performance (Rockland)

Only 2 spots available.

Drop GROUP in the comments and we’ll send over the details.

At some point, you stop needing more information — and start needing the right expert interpreting your body.

What most golfers don’t realize is that swing limitations often have very little to do with the swing itself. They come from mobility restrictions, strength imbalances, or movement patterns that no online video can assess or individualize.

That’s where working with a Doctor of Physical Therapy + TPI-Certified expert changes everything.

As of this week, our offseason golf group has been filled — woo boo!!

But after speaking with Dr. Pat, we’re opening just two additional spots — allowing us to maintain the intimate, supportive, and expert-level guidance that every participant deserves.

In this group, you’re not just copying drills — you’re getting:

• A medical-level breakdown of why your swing moves the way it does

• TPI-guided movement screening to uncover true root-cause limitations

• Strength and mobility programming matched to your unique biomechanics

• Real-time coaching that adapts as your body changes

• Safe, strategic progression built for long-term performance and longevity

This is the difference between trying random drills from YouTube and actually training with intention.

When a DPT and TPI-C provider is guiding your offseason, every session has purpose. Every exercise connects back to your goals. And every adjustment is made with both performance and longevity in mind.

If you’re ready to understand your body on a deeper level and build a swing that’s efficient, powerful, and sustainable — this is where that work happens. 🏌️‍♂️🔥

For a limited time, 2/8 spots remain.
