Phase I Gut Reconditioning: Operation “Evict the Bad Guys, Repair the Damage”
Once we’ve run your GI Spotlight test and figured out which troublemakers are camping out in your gut—it’s time to start showing them the door.
In Phase I, we focus on calming inflammation, clearing unwanted microbes, and patching up that gut lining like it’s drywall after a toddler tornado.
Here’s the real-life lineup I often use:
