➡️ “On My Way” allows you to view the number of patients currently waiting for care at each South Shore Health Urgent location. You can then choose the most convenient location, let our team know when you’ll be coming, and complete your registration paperwork via MyChart, minimizing your wait time when you arrive.

➡️ You can now schedule an appointment at South Shore Health Urgent Care! Use MyChart to schedule a visit for a variety of services, including urgent care needs, DOT physicals, and x-rays. Simply select the type of care you need, choose from available locations, and confirm your time. As with “On My Way,” you can complete most paperwork ahead of time.

As a reminder, the same convenient walk-in services remain available as well.
