Heal Your Soul And Find Peace

In June 2012 my soul’s alarm clock rang for my spiritual awakening. It was a painful awakening and it caught me by surprise. Yet it became the beginning of a rebirth and connection back to my true self and purpose on Earth.

During the summer of 2012 I experienced deep depression and anxiety. The anxiety and depression continued in varying degrees for several years while I continued to dedicate myself to my personal healing work. What I came to realize is that layer by layer, I was healing at soul level, raising my frequency and vibration, and essentially ascending in consciousness.

Reiki, one of the modalities that became instrumental on my healing journey, led me to other modalities such as Light Connection, Illumination, and Light Language. It is now clear to me that my purpose it to help others in their ascension process. I truly believe that by healing ourselves and raising our own vibration, we heal and raise the vibration of the humanity.
