George Kroumpouzos, MD, PhD, FAAD, President of GK Dermatology, is Clinical Associate Professor of Dermatology at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and former Instructor of Dermatology at Harvard Medical School. He is certified by both American and European Boards of Dermatology. Dr. Kroumpouzosโ expertise is in the fields of obstetric/gynecologic dermatology, adverse drug react
ions, connective tissue disease, and disorders of pigmentation. Dr. Kroumpouzos has completed preceptorships with four of the top cosmetic dermatologists and laser surgeons in the country. He is an editorial board member in four peer-reviewed dermatologic journals, and has published more than 120 peer-reviewed publications and 40 book chapters. Dr. Kroumpouzos is the Editor of Text Atlas of Obstetric Dermatology and has delivered numerous lectures as invited speaker in the US and abroad. He is the recipient of several scholarships and awards, including Awards by the International Union Against Cancer, the New England Dermatologic Society, and the Deanโs Excellence in Teaching Award at Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
