We celebrated January birthdays with a fun Sock Hop theme. The residents enjoyed the party, delicious food, and Coke floats. The celebration brought back sweet memories for many, reminding them of the days they sat at diners enjoying Coke floats. They loved the music so much that some even got up and danced. 💃🎶🥤 shout out to Fernando with Fairmont Hospice  for providing the cupcakes. -hospice

Wharton “Take Five” was hosted by HM Hair Bar. Hair is truly their passion! It was so wonderful to welcome homegrown, young, talented individuals who have returned to give back to our community. The salon offers one-of-a-kind gifts, and their mission is to make you look and feel your absolute best. Paradigm at The Creek is proud to support our local community businesses and this will definitely be a place we look forward to visiting for one of our outings.

Our New Year’s Eve celebration was full of joy and laughter! Residents enjoyed delicious finger foods and bubbly Welch’s sparkling juice cocktails. We reminisced about past New Year’s celebrations, shared smiles, and talked about our New Year’s resolutions. The room was filled with excitement, positivity, and great memories—everyone had a fantastic time ringing in the New Year! 🎉✨

Our December Employee of the Month is Emerald Reyna, she has been a valued member of the Paradigm at The Creek team since December 2021, serving as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. With many years of experience as a COTA, she provides exceptional care to our residents. Emerald is known for her compassion, dedication, and willingness to step in whenever needed. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Thank you, Emerald, for your continued dedication and the positive attitude.

We truly enjoyed our Manager’s Christmas party. Thank you to Dr. Aly for providing delicious barbecue from Rudy’s. We were also blessed with special gifts—handmade jewelry from Marian and homemade jelly from Darlene. We have a great team, and we’re looking forward to 2026. It’s only going to get better.

We had our employee Christmas party today, and it was such a fun time. The food was absolutely delicious! Darlene, our DON, once again outdid herself—her yams were amazing, and honestly, everything she made was delicious.

A special shout-out to Donna, our Dietary Director, for making some really good gumbo. Thank you to everyone who brought food and helped make this such a wonderful celebration for our employees .

A heartfelt thank you to Marian, our Administrator, for getting the gifts for all the employees. Your thoughtfulness truly means so much to everyone.

To our employees we truly appreciate all that you do. We are so lucky to be able to serve and take care of our residents. Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Our Christmas Birthday Party was a wonderful success! Our Santa, Mr. Bains—you were truly heaven-sent.

To the Paradigm at the Creek staff, thank you for all your help and support. As you can see, our residents were truly happy, and that means everything to us.

A heartfelt thank you to the icurea Foundation who donated pajamas to our residents—your generosity brought so many smiles.

Special shout-outs to Fernando with Fairmont Hospice, Theresa with Gentiva Hospice, the Boling High School Library Club, Karrie with Texas Home Health, Caney Creek 4-H, St. Thomas Store, and Melanie and Michelle.
