Please help us welcome Noel Garrett-
Her journey in healthcare is inspiring—she served as a dedicated CNA for 10 years, then worked as an LVN for two years before earning her RN this June.

Noel is a proud mother of two boys and two girls, and her time outside of work is filled with family and extracurricular activities. She also enjoys reading whenever she gets the chance.

Noel is a kind, compassionate, and hard-working nurse, and we are truly blessed to have her on our team!

We celebrated our June birthdays with a fun Summertime theme! Residents enjoyed delicious brisket sliders, chips, beach-themed cupcakes, and refreshing lemonade. Raffle prizes are always fun. 🌟 May Employee of the Month: Tanisha Cash
We are proud to recognize Tanisha Cash as our May Employee of the Month! Tanisha has been part of the Paradigm at The Creek family since October 2024, serving as a dedicated dietary aide.

She has proven to be an incredible asset to our dietary department and to The Creek as a whole. Tanisha is absolutely wonderful with our residents, always showing kindness, patience, and a caring heart.

Outside of work, Tanisha enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Today we celebrated our February birthdays and  Valentines party.  Residents enjoyed pizza, cupcakes, chocolate covered strawberries. Nominated by our residents Queen was Lois Jackson and our King was Delvin Clemons. Special thank you to the VFW for donation of the pizza, Bobbie Jo with Faith, Hope and Love for donating candy bags and all the children that sent valentines to our residents.
