Yesterday morning our team was welcomed by Angela, owner of Restorative Health Colorado (), to learn more about the intersection of hormones and mental health.

At GCC, we view mental health as a holistic process — biological, psychological, and social. Hormones are present in every single cell of the body and play a significant role in sleep, mood, cognitive clarity, and more. The more we understand these connections, the better we can support the people we serve.
