Equally so the next in our Kirtan series! These group chanting events are sweet and all who have attended are uplifted by them. Sawyer does such a spectacular job weaving ancient wisdom, song, and storytelling and the impacts to our are apparent for weeks afterward.

Our class offerings this week.

We are re-branding to that of our parent company, . We are still the connected, unpretentious studio space that you have come to trust and love, with a new look.

We are proud to offer several types of classical yoga practice that emphasizes alignment over achievement and modifies to all bodies and needs.

Our teachers have over 75 years of combined practice--and life experience to back up our decades of training. This is the "real deal"--effective, working on multiple levels at once.
