Tomorrow is the 9th Annual Wheatland Moose Lodge Fishing Contest at Greyrocks Reservoir. This is our 5th year sponsoring the Contest and have added some sweet prizes this year. Contest starts at 7am. Entry fee for adults is $25, and once again Cowboy Drug will be paying for ALL Youth and Teen participants!!

Also we are fully stocked on Statewide Fathead Minnows, Large/Jumbo Leeches, and Nightcrawlers. Remember, we also sell Fishing Licenses, conservation stamps and AIS stickers!!

Hearing more reports of Greyrocks picking up, so come on out and have some FUN with us!!

We are constantly adding to our offerings. A Big Thanks to Local Companies-Wyoming Pure Natural Beef, Cheyenne Coffee Company, and Crystal Ice for the opportunity to sell your products!!

Also, We have added a Coke, as well as a Monster cooler this week. Our fountain Coke machine is up and running as well, with 100% of our beverage water run through the best filters and reverse osmosis.

We are in the planning process of adding signs to the building, as well as billboards on I-25.

We are now offering our Ice Cream, Homemade Waffle Cones, Shakes and Malts through our drive through window on the south side of the building. There is a bell at the window. You may also use the window for other items you may want out of our store. Thanks for everyone’s continued support!! We are excited for what’s to come!!!❤️

Big Thanks to Sandy Hranchak for treating Mr. Nichols’ 3rd grade class to a cup of ice cream!!

He has some really cool kids in his class, and it was great to see them all smiling and enjoying themselves!!

Also, a Huge Thanks to all of our educators-for doing what they do!!

Cowboy Drug is working hard to become a 7 days a week store. We’ve had tons of requests to be open at 6am for fishing and hunting licenses, bait, sporting goods and other items.

Well. We have some good news. Starting May 9th, we will be open on Friday’s and Saturday’s at 6am. And hopefully someday, we will open up on Sunday’s as well.

We will be giving away cups of freshly brewed Coffee from Cheyenne Coffee Company. We are also fully stocked on Nightcrawlers, Statewide Minnows and will have leeches in a few weeks. Also, come try our Ice Cream 🍦 and homemade waffle cones.

Pharmacy will continue to operate with normal hours M-F 9-6 and Saturday 9-2.

Thanks for everyone’s support as we continue to build towards the sweetest store in Wyoming!!

Wow!! We really appreciate everyone’s excitement and support for the new store. It’s been quite the first couple weeks.

Wanted to let everyone know we are open 9-6 Today, Closed Christmas, and will be back Thursday, Dec 26 with our normal business hours.

We are lovin our new store and are adding to it daily. The pharmacy is up and running smoothly. Drive thru window is on North side of building. OTC section is stocked.

We have lots of Christmas stuff, and artificial trees are 50% off regular price. Also, our Game & Fish computer is up and running, and we will continue to add to our sporting goods selection. Ice cream is in place, and we our excited to add food, snacks and drink options in the future.

Thanks for everyone’s support over the years and we are excited to continue growing.

We are happy to announce we are on schedule to open the new store Monday, December 2nd.

For traffic safety, please enter into south approach and exit through north side. Main parking will be on east side of building. Also, there are 2 short term parking spots and 3 boat and trailer spots parallel the curb on the south side of the building. Horse trailer and big rig vehicles will be able to pull through and park on east side of the property.

The pharmacy drive through window will be on north side of building (as pictured).

More building details coming soon!!

We would first of all like to thank Platte Valley Bank and Anna Gunter for believing and investing in us. They have gone the extra mile in making this a reality!!
Also KC Murphy and Capstone for putting up the most beautiful building imaginable. We are excited for what the building will bring to not only the community, but for people traveling through!!
We are excited to announce we should be moving into our new location on 80 19th St in Wheatland around the middle of October. Stay tuned for more information on grand opening, building features, and store hours. We have lots of exciting changes coming and we are excited to share them with you.

Tomorrow is the Big Day!! We are once again proud sponsors of the 8th Annual Wheatland Moose Lodge fishing tournament at Greyrocks!! We are giving out lots of sweet door prizes and are covering all costs for youth and teen entry fees! Reports are the fishing is getting better. Come on out and enjoy the day. We have plenty of nightcrawlers, large leeches and minnows in stock!! See everyone tomorrow!!
