Drum Circles allow us to return to our roots.

Gathering in circles and playing instruments, allowing our voices to sound, moving our bodies, pounding out a rhythm on a drum, with community…this is ancient.

This is ancestral.

It is written into our DNA 🧬

Our bodies and souls remember.

We remember a time when the ancestors were gathering and sharing the very same rhythms flowing through us, now.

This isn’t just a human phenomenon, in nature birds, insects, frogs, and even chimpanzees use rhythmic sound to communicate.

Drum Circles tap into ancient animal, ancestral instinct —something that predates words and language. Our brains are hardwired to process complex rhythms.

When we drum, we activate our brains + bodies and strengthen the bilateral connection. Our brain waves literally sync up, and we enter a flow state which releases oxytocin (the “love hormone”).

The beauty in the organized chaos of these circles, is something I marvel at in every single Drum Circle I sit within. Sometimes we are all playing the same tune and sometimes we are in a flow and everyone has their own unique beat.

🪘I love witnessing the way we weave our songs together.

The way we share a collective heartbeat with the One Drum, as our electromagnetic heart fields synchronize. 🥁

This is healing. This is the Ancient Future being remembered in real time. This is the actualized prayers of our ancestors.

We are here.

We are remembering.

We are drumming.

Where: Sanctuary - 215 24th Street in Sacramento

Suggested Donation: $20 ~ your donations cover the cost of acquiring more drums and instruments to share and maintaining the space. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

A few years ago, a sweet faery woman entered my life and renewed my faith in adult friendships.

We all have ebbs and flows in relationships. Friendships grow and change. People come and people go.

4 years ago, a safe space, a gathering of women dancing together to honor the Moon, was just a dream.

Something that was budding in our hearts and minds. Asking to be planted. Waiting to be received in community. Seeding itself in the hearts of women, to come together in a collective spirit of Goddess Priestess Ceremony and Celebration.

Together, the women that have flowed onto the dancefloors and into the ceremonial containers, have created a ritual of self expression and radical acceptance.

We have Danced. Cried. Embraced. Bled. Loved. Lost. Grown. Created. Encouraged. Raged. Accepted. Radicalized. Embodied. Discovered. Released. Integrated. Transformed. Harmonized.

The Goddess Night Out Dancefloor is more than a space we come to dance. It is a space we come to BE. A home within our hearts. A beacon in the dark. A hug when you need it most. A woman you’ve never met shining love in her eyes to YOU.

guided an incredible embodiment worship (workshop but autocorrect to worship feels right) before our Virgo Lunar Eclipse Dance. Mishi shared with us the Nectar of dancing with our Shadows. In a space of acceptance, the room was filled with sounds of our shadows, shapes of our shadows, expression of Shadow. Such freedom in full expression, a gift, a blessing, a ritualistic ceremony.

Our incredible DJ really dropped us in and let our shadow’s dance expand. Our Virgo Lunar Eclipse fully supporting the illumination of our full expression.

Gongs bathed us as we integrated the full expression of light and shadow into a unified consciousness of loving awareness.

In life, the most precious gift we receive is the love we share with others.

If you’re lucky, one day you’ll get on a school bus to start a new school and a cool girl named Abbi will want you to sit with her.

This girl will become the closest thing to I have to a sister, as an only child.

We will spend every free moment we have together. Getting into teenaged shenanigans and shaping one another into the women we’ve grown into. Her family will become my family and my family will become hers, raising us as their own.

Abbi, thank you. When I try to write how much you mean to me, how grateful I am to know you, I realize it’s more than can be captured in a single Instagram caption. I’m crying as I try to. Thank you for holding me through my darkest moments and sharing your most cherished life moments with me. I am not me without our sleepless nights, learning to drive stick at sunrise, and a possible murder by pencil after we stole my parents bong…

Exciting things are coming in 2026 ✨

Every year I tell myself I will post more of the content I capture and will make an effort to share content from previous years, cycles, and transformations.

2026 is my year of aligned action.

This year, I am stepping over the edge of my comfort zone, my healing cocoon is no longer safe and cozy, it is limiting and lacking the communal connection I find myself craving.

So, in Faith, I am emerging into 2026.

Faith is my guiding force. My word of the year. My reminder that behind my Intuition is my Faith to trust in the unfolding spiral of life.

So stay tuned…I have some big announcements for WEEKLY offerings, coming February 2026!
