📅 May is Mental Health Awareness Month.
This year, “awareness” feels less like a campaign and more like a cruel joke. As a therapist with 15 years of experience and a human being currently running on fumes, I’m sharing some unfiltered thoughts on what “mental health” even means in 2025.
